AI Usage – Do & Don’t Guide

✅ DO

• Use AI only to support work for Thirtyfour Creative and its clients

• Use AI tools that do not store, retain, or train on submitted data

• Keep prompts high-level and minimal where possible

• Remove or anonymise sensitive information before using AI

• Review, verify, and take responsibility for all AI outputs

• Ask for approval if you’re unsure whether a tool or use case is allowed

❌ DON’T

• Don’t enter client data into AI tools that store or reuse data

• Don’t use client or company data for:

  • Personal projects

  • External businesses

  • Demos, examples, or training unrelated to client work

• Don’t upload full exports, CRMs, or databases into AI tools

• Don’t enter passwords, API keys, financial data, or sensitive information

• Don’t treat AI output as final, factual, or authoritative without review
