Logo Usage & Brand Protection Policy

1. Purpose

This policy defines how the Thirtyfour Creative logo and brand assets may be used. Its purpose is to protect brand consistency, professionalism, and intellectual property across all internal and external communications.

4. Prohibited Use of the Logo

The following uses are strictly prohibited:

    • Implies endorsements or partnerships without approval

    • Could harm the reputation or credibility of the brand

5. Client & Third-Party Use

  • Clients may only use the Thirtyfour Creative logo with written approval

  • Any public use by clients must follow brand guidelines

  • Third parties, partners, or platforms must receive explicit permission before using the logo

Thirtyfour Creative reserves the right to request removal or correction of unauthorised logo use at any time.

6. Ownership & Intellectual Property

  • The Thirtyfour Creative logo and brand assets remain the exclusive intellectual property of Thirtyfour Creative

  • Use of the logo does not grant ownership rights

  • All rights are reserved, whether registered or unregistered

7. Responsibility & Review

All team members are responsible for:

  • Ensuring logo use is accurate, current, and approved

  • Requesting guidance if unsure about correct usage

  • Protecting the brand by flagging misuse or inconsistencies

8. Breaches of Policy

Misuse of the logo may result in:

  • Requests for immediate correction or removal
