Our 90-day tailored Onboarding implementation helps our customers maximise their investment by exploring how your business works to create a streamlined and improved system for your marketing & sales processes from day one.

Week 01

Kick Off & Technical Set Up

  3. We’ll connect your social channels

  4. Setup your domain settings and branding settings

  5. Embed HubSpot tracking codes on your website

  6. Discuss potentially required integrations

  7. We’ll assist you and your team in connecting your inboxes to HubSpot

Week 02

Marketing & Business Goals

  1. Consult on business goals and priorities

  2. Create sales & marketing reporting dashboards

  3. Identify your brand's best potential marketing channels

  4. Identify the ideal (free) HubSpot academy training sessions

  5. Discuss your potential Inbound Marketing Strategies

Week 03

CRM & Sales Funnel

  1. We’ll set up lead scoring, customise lead status and deal stages

  2. We'll create your custom properties to align your data with your contacts

  3. Import your contacts into HubSpot via a CSV upload or native integration

  5. Create and send successful emails from HubSpot

Automate Your Process

How much does the Onboarding cost?

Our HubSpot Marketing Hub and Sales Hub Enterprise Onboarding is competitively priced to give your business the expertise to get you set up and train you to use your new HubSpot Portal.

Marketing and Sales Hub Enterprise Onboarding: $9,930.00 + gst

Working with us means you get the benefits of a certified HubSpot Partner assisting you to set up your HubSpot portal and training so you know how to use it.

We can break the payment up into 3 payments over 90 days.

Note that this list price may not include custom API integration. We can customise this onboarding in each case.

How do you get started?

Getting started is as easy as 1...2...3

  1. Send us a message to let us know you are interested in HubSpot.

  2. We'll meet to discuss how we can work with your business.

  3. We can have your portal set up and onboarding commenced the same day.

How often do we meet for Onboarding Sessions?

For Marketing Hub and Sales Hub Onboarding, we meet once a fortnight (unless otherwise required) for 90 days. In each of our calls, we'll cover the action items outlined in our process, who needs to do what and work together to cross everything off the list.

How do we communicate through the process?

Your dedicated onboarding specialist is available anytime throughout the process to assist you with your questions. Contact via email anytime.

Some finer details

You may have up to 5 people in the training sessions. If you have a larger team, let us know, and we’ll provide a quote to facilitate a larger training program for your onboarding.

If you cannot complete the Onboarding process within the 90-day allocation, we can extend the Onboarding period by 20days on a case-by-case basis.
