Can I hire Thirtyfour Creative for strategic work only?

How do I know you have experience in my category?
We begin by deep diving into your company, learning more about your industry and compiling references and resources from others doing big things in your field.
Do you sign NDAs before we speak?
We understand the need for confidentiality, especially when discussing potentially sensitive business ideas and strategies. However, we interact with hundreds of businesses and hear many ideas yearly. To keep this process efficient and straightforward, we prefer not to enter into a contractual agreement with a company we haven’t met. We’d like to have at least one conversation and establish if there’s a good fit.
Our experience highlights that many Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) often lack clarity on the specific aspects they encompass, leading to potential complications. We propose an open and constructive conversation centered around your business and its needs, emphasizing the sharing of information that you feel comfortable disclosing. If we discover alignment and decide to proceed, we can subsequently address various contractual matters, including the potential implementation of NDAs, as deemed necessary.
Do you respond to RFPs?
While we do consider Requests for Proposals (RFPs), our approach stands out for its uniqueness. We firmly believe in building successful collaborations on strong and mutual relationships, a facet often not adequately addressed in traditional RFPs that lack in-depth inquiries regarding scope, compatibility assessments, or alignment with senior-level leaders.
Being a solution-based agency, we prioritise leadership chemistry and compatibility with the teams we work alongside. Therefore, when presented with an RFP, we evaluate it with the condition that we can engage with the founder, CEO, or executive team. This ensures a deeper understanding of your vision, allows us to align our goals, and helps in determining whether we are the right fit for each other. This distinctive approach reinforces our commitment to delivering meaningful and effective brand solutions for our clients.
We do not respond to RFP's without having met with the team and discussed the project in detail. We also do not respond formally to RFP's if not given enough time to adequately do so.
Can I speak to your clients before hiring you?
We respect our client's time. So if you do wish to speak to a past client before working with us, we are happy to ask, but if they don't wish to, we won't force anyone to speak with you.

What do you require before starting a project?
